Cochrane, ON – (March 17, 2026) – NIVO, inspired by CochraneTel, is pleased to announce the successful upgrade of the free public Wi-Fi network at the Tim Horton Events Centre, improving connectivity and expanding wireless coverage throughout the facility.
The upgrade includes the installation of seven new high-performance access points and enhancements to the wireless network infrastructure, delivering faster speeds, wider coverage, and a more reliable user experience for visitors. The improved network supports the growing demand for connectivity while enabling community members to stay connected during events, practices, and recreational activities.
The Tim Horton Events Centre is a central gathering place for the community, hosting a wide range of programs and activities including hockey leagues, skating clubs, swimming at the aquatic centre, fitness programs, and gym facilities. With the upgraded Wi-Fi network, spectators, participants, and families will be able to access reliable internet service throughout the venue.
