Toronto, ON, CANADA (June 22, 2021) –PomeGran Inc., a leading owner and operator of fibre and fixed wireless rural broadband networks across Canada, is pleased to announce the appointment of telecom entrepreneur and acquisitions expert Rob Klein as Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions, to drive accelerated growth in both the Canadian and US markets. This appointment reflects the significant opportunities PomeGran has identified to consolidate leading rural broadband companies across North America.

PomeGran’s newly appointed Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions, will initially focus on targeting companies to be acquired in the Canadian market, with the larger mandate of also identifying US target companies. There are an estimated 500 small to medium ISPs/MSPs in the geographic areas that he will focus on.
